The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility with clear signage, spacious elevators, and well-lit corridors, ensuring a safe and convenient stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive service from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could benefit from additional training in providing assistance and support to older guests.

by and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in beijing, had much fun.

The Park Plaza hotel in Beijing was a pleasant stay overall. The room was a reasonable size, with comfortable beds and minimum street noise. It was very clean and well decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Despite the chilly conditions outside, the room remained warm, providing a comfortable environment. the location of the hotel was great, as it overlooked a pleasant walk that was enjoyable to explore in the morning.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay at the Park Plaza. the reception area had a limited number of seats for general use when waiting to meet someone, causing inconvenience when all of them were occupied.

The concierges are very helpful, especially when giving directions to taxi drivers and suggesting places and things to do. The hotel is very near a subway station, thus it's easy and cheap to go to many places.

The Guest Service at the Lobby was mind-blowing! The manager and his colleagues went above and beyond to assist with baggage weighing and arranging taxis to the airport. The location was super convenient, with the subway and residential area nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with amazing amenities like a mini-bar, coffee & tea, and a safe. The staff were extremely helpful and even informed me about visiting the Great Wall on my free day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary entry to the sauna/steam room/shower. The room was clean and serviced daily, and the bed provided a peaceful sleep. The 2-minute walk to the subway station compensated for the distance from downtown.

Title: Great Family Stay with Plenty of Nearby Activities

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities within the hotel.

The hotel is quite classy, and it is clear a lot of effort has been put to making it a 4-star hotel.

The constant heating in the room that you cannot switch off, the provision of only 2 water bottles, and the extremely noisy daytime construction at the time (which I found out only when I had entered my room.

Our room at Park Plaza Beijing Science Park was fantastic! It had air conditioning, which was a must for our family. The free WiFi and desk chairs made it easy for us to stay connected and get work done. The TV with satellite channels was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. the room was well-furnished and comfortable, making us feel right at home.

Although the room was great, we personally found the minibar in the room to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just our opinion, and some might still enjoy it!

The room was very warm. The front desk does not agree to the Booked.net price, and only after much argument, they finally agreed with the Booked.net price !

The location was fantastic, with the subway station just a few minutes away. We found it very convenient to explore nearby attractions and it was easy to get around. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The room was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of Chinese and Western dishes. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Families will definitely enjoy their stay here.

The location in the university area is perfect for those who want to explore the city and the nearby subway station makes it easy to get around. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including strong wifi signal and a bath, ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, with something for everyone.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and there was not a single aspect that could be improved. Everything was just perfect.
